About the Creator
Hi, I’m Kathy Cousineau, M.Ed., WDP—founder of Level the Learning Field and My Happy Teacher. I’m a certified Dyslexia Practitioner with 30+ years of experience supporting students with learning disabilities and training the educators who work with them.
At Level the Learning Field, we offer powerful simulations and training that allow educators to walk in the shoes of their students. When teachers experience these challenges firsthand, they better understand why students may feel exhausted, frustrated, or avoid certain tasks—and more importantly, they learn what classroom supports can make a real difference.
This self-assessment is a great first step toward building a school environment where all learners can succeed.
